SCAM ALERT: We have been made aware of scams involving our main office line being spoofed and people impersonating our employees in an attempt to gain your protected personal information (such as name, address, social security number, birthday, etc). PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION. We will never blindly call you requesting this information. You will be made aware that we need this information through previous conversations or contact with us before we call and request it over the phone. If you receive a suspicious phone call, please use caution and hang up and contact us at our main office line at 859-231-1800.
🔹 Business Tax Filers:
-You will be unable to file tax returns or receive refund payments during this period.
-Action Required: Be sure to print any historical data from OneStop before February 26, 2025.
🔹 Individual Tax Filers:
-You will still be able to file your tax returns, but refunds will not be processed until after the transition is complete.
