Mike has over 40 year experience in public accounting and industry.  He has an extensive background in individual, corporate and fiduciary tax matters and is responsible for accounting and attestation work for bridge, commercial and general contractors and several non-profit entities.  Mike is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Mike has also completed valuations for numerous businesses or business interests for the purposes of marital dissolution, business formation or dissolution, buy-sell arrangements, possible mergers or acquisitions or for the determination of goodwill.  Interest valued includes professional practices of physicians, dentists, attorneys, real estate appraisers and stockbrokers.  Other valuations include entities involved in trucking, retail activities, restaurants and construction contractors.

Mike has also testified either through deposition or court testimony in numerous related matters and has provided other litigation and support services including computation of damages and lost revenues and matters of financial disclosures in financial statements.
